Mission

The faculty, staff, parents, and students of Tarkington Intermediate School believe that it is the purpose of our campus to provide an educational program that will help each student attain his/her maximum educational potential. Our mission is to develop a positive attitude toward education and its importance to the student's future, to instill high expectations for academic success, and to provide opportunities for each student to become a responsible member of society. Our instructional program will enable each student to attain mastery of skills within a balanced curriculum.
